Holiday apartment in an agritourism immersed in the heart of the Florence hills amongst vineyards, olive groves and orchards ideal base for visting the Tuscan art cities: Florence, Arezzo, Siena and the Chianti Region...

This farm holiday estate is a recently restored antique farmhouse, surrounded by a splendid garden. Guests can enjoy a striking panorama, typical of the hills of Tuscany, including a view of Vallombrosa and its antique abbey.

The style of the farm holiday estate, extremely welcoming but at the same time refined and painstakingly detailed, integrates well with the landscape, producing a charming effect for our visitors: stone walls, exposed wooden beams, beds and railings in wrought iron, fireplace and antique wooden stove in stone, interior and exterior floors in terracotta tiles or pietra serena, all according to the best Tuscan tradition.

At your disposal is also a tennis court with synthetic grass, a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) surrounded by ample green space, mountain bike, a verandah furnished with tables and chairs, barbecue.

In the interior of the property (227 hectares) there is also a pond where it is possible to fish. Furthermore, the owner would be happy to accompany you on a "nature safari" to discover the local fauna: wild boars, deer, hares, porcupines, wolves…

LA NICCHIA APARTMENT (65 m2)
First floor:
dining room with cooking area (oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment includes a furnished area in the garden. Thanks to the garden lighting you can access the swimming pool garden at night too.

High Season	from 2nd July to 27th August.
Mid Season	from 26th March to 2rd july, from 27th August to 24th September, from 17th December to 07th January 2012.
Low Season	from 8th January to 26th March, from 24th September to 17th December.

 

» Info:

To be paid on the spot:
• Gas and heating: according to consumption in the months from October to April, included in the above mentioned prices for the rest of the year;
• Upon arrival a security deposit of 150,00 Euro must be paid, in cash. This deposit will be refunded minus any costs or damage. The tenant must maintain the present conditions of the rental property and assume responsibility for all damage or loss;
• Baby cradle: 30,00 Euro per week;
• Additional bed: 100,00 Euro per week;
• Washing machine: 6,00 Euro (max 2 per week);
• Domestic animals: 30,00 Euro per week;

At our guests disposal: internet wireless connection 10,00 Euro per week.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Up to 60 days of arrival date - 30% of total cost
- 60-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 60% of total cost
- 30 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost.

In Low Season it is possible to arrange stays of less than a week, minimum stay 2 nights.
