Apartment in the heart of Chianti, with independent entrance and parking space, in farm holidays estate with stone walls, exposed wooden beams, floors in terracotta tiles, iron beds, all in the best Tuscan tradition.

The apartment Monna Lisa (85mq) is on the upper floor of the barn. It consists of a living-room with an open fire place and satellite TV, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a closet.

In the private garden there is a gazebo (5m x 4m) with wooden table and benches where you can eat outdoors while enjoying a spectacular view. Thanks to the garden lighting you can also use the swimming pool at night. Barbecue and table-tennis are available to guests. Pets are accepted on request.

The swimming pool (6m x 12m) equipped with hydromassage, is surrounded by a sun-deck, ample green spaces with olive trees and old stone walls.The shower is equipped with a solar panel. Deckchairs and umbrellas are available to guests.From here you can admire an unforgettable sunset.

The old farm of San Silvestro (45ha) is located on a hill top, about 485m above sea level, in the heart of Chianti, in the Tuscan countryside, only 27km from Florence and 30 km from Siena, between the medieval village of San Donato (3km) and Castellina (6km).

The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, orchards and woods. The quiet location and broad views of the countryside are the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. This is also an ideal location for visiting famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Giminiano, Pisa, Volterra, as well as the nearby villages of the famous Chianti Classico area: Greve, Barberino Valdelsa, Radda, Gaiole, Tavarnelle, San Casciano.

In the village of San Donato, only 3km away, there are grocery stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy, doctors, two banks, a post office, a petrol station, wine shops where you can taste the famous Chianti Classico wines and a museum of country culture. Both San Donato and Castellina have several excellent restaurants.

In the neighbourhood there are tennis courts, a golf course, fishing and horse riding possibilities. You can rent a mountain-bike in our farm and our gentle hills are full of shady lanes, perfect for cycling or trekking.
