I spent a semester abroad boarding in this apartment, and it was wonderful! It's cozy, and the terrace is so nice. The landlady is very sweet and helpful. The apartment is wonderful, and there is a bus stop right there, a grocery store down the street, and an excellent place to get chinese food around the corner...ridiculously delicious spring rolls.
