This apartment of around 72 sq meters was totally restored in february 2012 and it's now managed directly by the staff of Apartmentsinflorence.net (Marco, Sara, Massimo) and we guarantee the highest quality of service and assistance during your stay in Florence.
This quiet and bright apartment is on the first floor of a building located in the beautiful Santa Croce/Sant'Ambrogio area and is equipped with: air conditioned, a colour Tv, wifi internet connection, double glazing, heating and parquet flooring in all living areas (terracotta tiles in the kitchen).
The apartment is very comfortable and it's perfect both for tourists or students.
THE NAME OF THE APARTMENT
The name of the apartment is inspired by
one of the most popular bars in the city Caffè
Letterario, just a little further along the street, in the recently
renovated complex of the ex prison Le
Murate, now transformed into a modern art and living space, a recommended
spot to visit.
The bar and music venue Caffè Letterario
delle Murate is a contemporary venue with a young crowd (free wifi, a range
of newspapers, a library of interesting books, a lounge area, bar area,
restaurant and live music hall) offering breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner
in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
It’s a must when exploring the area (located at 150 meters from the apartment!)
Recommended also: The Cafeteria inside Oblate Library (located at 500 meters from the apartment)!
The area is safe, lively, colourful.

What a find! They have thought of everything in this apartment to make for a fabulous and comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, modern furniture and lots of character. The area is very lively which is great, and even better - the flat is very quiet and offers undisturbed sleep! There are so many great restaurants a very short walk away that you will be spoiled for choice! Perfect!

I spent 3 days in this apartment. I have been the first to stay here and - of course - everything was perfect.
The surrounding area is amazing with bars and restaurants (my favourite the restaurant inside the Sant'Ambrogio Market!!).
