The tourist apartment is located in the Campo di Marte, a residential area of the Florence. It is a quiet area, with shops and supermarkets, it is one of the favorite places to live for the Florentines. In this area there are also the major sport places, like the soccer stadium Artemio Franchi, the Palasport, some athletic fields and a nice baseball field. At few steps from the apartment there are the hills of Fiesole.
The apartment suitable for long term rent in Florence, is on the second and third floor of an elegant building and it is composed by: a spacious lounge with sat tv, sofa and dining area, a double bedroom. In front of the room, there is 1 bathroom with shower. The property also has one large double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a second bathroom with shower, a separate and well equipped kitchen which access to a balcony that overlooks the internal part of the building. From the kitchen a staircase leads to the attic where you can find a spacious room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a balcony, from which you reach a terrace of 13 / 14sqm, that has a 360° view on Florence and the hills of Fiesole.The apartment is idelal for long term rent for both tourist and students.
