Elegant and comfortable apartment located close by to San Lorenzo and Duomo. Living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (double and twin bedded), bathroom with shower/bath. High standard of furniture, wooden floor, and wooden beamed ceiling. Air cond, TV sat, internet, washing machine. 2nd floor without elevator. Bright and quiet.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is located very close by to San Lorenzo, Piazza San Marco (Academy Gallery) and the Duomo area in a quiet street with garages.

It has been recently restored, furnished and decorated.

It is on the Second floor (without elevator - 44 large and and not steep stone steps) of typical building of the historical center.

It consists of:

FIRSL FLOOR: living room with dining corner (table for 6 people) and comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove with 4 burners, electrich stove (standard size), microwave oven, utility room with washing machine.

SECOND FLOOR: bedroom with twin and joinble bed (each bed size is 80 x 190 cm), bedroom with double bed (bed size: 160x190 cm), bathroom with bath tube.

Good standard of furniture, wooden floor and double glazed windows.

The apartment is only 8 mins walk to the railway and bus station, so it is very easy to make daily excursions to the main sites of Tuscany and Italy.

The owners of the apartment are from Florence and live close by the apartment.

They are always on hand to offer any advice or to make any suggestions on any aspect of your holiday.

Newspapers, pharmacy, hospital, banks, coffee shops, restaurants pubs, market (San Lorenzo), museums, churches, and all kind of shopping facilities.
