The largest apartment of the complex with 70 square meters and 50 square meters of garden: detached from the main building and on the ground floor, no noise from the street as the flat sits on the back of the main building itself.  

This will be your personal "Cottage" with private patio and garden, perfect for enjoying the summer's times in Florence.  There is a welcoming bright entrance with living/dining area, a full kitchen with all the necessary to cook your meals. 

There are two large double bedrooms all with single beds offering four sleeping places.  The apartment features independent heating,  internet access, television and all the comforts you would need for your stay in Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The furnitures are basic n the house but in the end we had a lot of fun here. Also our school (Syracuse University) was close to the house, so it was perfect for us. If you decide to live in this house don't forget to buy your bycicle from the first day..everything will be easier (the house it's 15 minutes by bike from the Duomo..)
