The exclusive and charming Eolo apartment is located in one of the most actractive areas of Florence, called Oltrarno, just few minutes from the famous Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Santo Spirito and also a few minutes walk to the Arno river and the renowed bridge "Ponte Vecchio” .

The location is quite exceptional as Oltrarno district is full of cafes and Restaurants as well as the most typical Florentine arts and craft shops and markets, it is full of life in the evening and also during the day.

Eolo apartment is located on the 3^rd floor of an historical building (no lift) and has been completely and recently restored with top quality materials by the owner, an architect and interior designer, who combined design furniture with the warmth of the wooden parquet flooring and the original wooden beamed ceiling.

The apartment is developed in two levels: on the ground floor there is a big living room with dinner table and the wonderful design round Kitchen Island  fully equipped with dish-washing machine, fridge with freezer, stove and oven.  In the opposite corner there is the design sofa  and still on the ground floor there is a  bathroom with shower. A nice staircase leads to  the night area: on the upper floor you  find a nice open studio and a big room  with king size  bed, big wardrobe and a private bathroom.  From the bed  you can enjoy a beautiful  view over the ancient roofs of the old town and the  dome and bell tower of the Chiesa di San Frediano in Cestello.

There is the possibility to add a single bed in the studio in order to sleep 3 people in total.

Activities nearby: groceries, internet point, wash and dry, newspapers, pharmacy, banks, bars, ice cream shops, very nice restaurants and pizzeria, open air market in Piazza dei Cimatori and Piazza Santo Spirito and all kind of shopping facilities.
