It is in the immediate vicinities of the wonderful Florence ( about 12 kilometres) and of its astonishing museums, art galleries Churches, shops. It is the perfect choice for who wants to mix the quietness of the countryside and the energy of the most famous city of arts… The apartment is part of a villa composed by 4 apartments totally.
A wide window always lit up by sunshine let you into this wonderful flat structured on two levels: the ground floor with a wide sitting room, the dining room and the fully accessorized kitchen.On the first floor are two large bedrooms called "The Yellow" room, the one with two single beds, and "The Blue" room, the one with the queen size bed: each room has a window facing on two terraces offering a breathtaking view.
The balcony of the yellow room is small and cozy while the one of the Blue room is larger and usually furnished with comfortable couches to enjoy a sunbath and a breakfast or dinner table for romantic meals in the open air.
Both rooms are equipped with private bathrooms with shower.
USE OF GARDEN, SWIMMING POOL AND VERANDA (for lunches and dinners in the open air).

Wonderful country home in the beautiful hills of Tuscany.
It was a wonderful place to spend two glorious weeks in Tuscany. For a 22- person family reunion, the accomodations were just what we needed. The lovely hillside setting in the midst of vineyards was the perfect location both for relaxing while there and for taking day trips to Florence or other sites in Tuscany. A short walk to the top of the hill gives you a spectacular panoramic view of the rolling hills, the vineyards, and the rustic stone architecture characteristic of the region. We spent some days relaxing by the pool and others on sight-seeing jaunts to places like Siena, Lucca, Panzano, and of course, Florence. Great location, wonderful hosts, a beautiful setting, and comfortable apartments make the villa a real find for visitors to Tuscany.
