It's a cozy, comfortable and peaceful apartment located very close to Piazza S. Croce  and a 3 minute walk from the Duomo.
It's in a popular historic building of the XVI century and, most importantly, it's on the ground-floor… so after a long day's walk, you don't need to take any more additional step as in most of the apartments located in  this ancient neighbourhood. 
The apartment offers master bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, living room with a large pull out sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a small private court.  The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with electric stove, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, cups, mugs, glasses, silverware/cutlery, mocha coffee machine, tablecloths, aprons, paper napkins, etc. 
It's completely supplied with bed linens and towels which are changed weekly.
The apartment comes rented with a tourist contract from a minimum of 3 nights to a maximum of 1 month. 
A final house cleaning is mandatory and is not included in the price. During the stay one can ask for additional house cleaning services, the cost of which is borne by the renter.

Extra Costs:  Utilities - Final cleaning of the apartment :  Euro 70.  In case of late arrival (after 9 p.m.) - Euro 50. In case of keys' loss - Euro 50.
