Santa Maria is a cozy and characteristic holiday apartment in Florence. It is located very close to Santa Maria novella train station and San Lorenzo market, at only 4 minutes walking to the Duomo. It is decorated and furnished with taste and precious objects.

Santa Maria holiday apartment is located on the first floor (11 steps only) of a simple and typical building of the historical centre of Florence and consists of: living room with dining corner and comfortable pull out sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen corner. Two bedrooms: one double with en-suite spacious bathroom with tub, and one with twin beds, bathroom with shower. High standard of furniture (antiques and moderns), typical florentine cotto floors and wooden beamed ceiling. The apartment is only few minutes walk to the railway and bus station, so it is very easy to make daily excursions to the main sites of Tuscany and Italy. The owners of the apartment are from Florence and live close by the apartment. They are always on hand to offer any advice or to make any suggestions on any aspect of your holiday. Car parking in pay garages, Internet Points/Cafés and laundries are available in the same street. Notice: Florence is full of Internet Points/Cafés, rather one per street! Newspapers, pharmacy, hospital, banks, coffee shops, restaurants pubs, market (San Lorenzo), museums, churches, and all kind of shopping facilities.
The Duomo is 4 minutes walk. The San Lorenzo Market is less than 1 minute walk. This apartment is close to many Schools as: Saci, Lorenzo de' Medici School and to Exhibition Centre of Fortezza Da Basso. The apartment offers: air conditioning, heating, TV sat (German Channels, BBc world and CNN) CD player, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, blankets and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 22 Via Faenza! The apartment was clean, cute, extremely well situated to sightseeing, groceries, internet, laundromat, and transportation. When we return, we will reserve this apartment again.
