The apartment is settled a bit outside fo the city centre of Florence, in the Certosa area, in a quite area of the tuscan hills, sorrounded by a big garden ( about 5000 mt). The city centre could be easly reach by bus.
The apartment is settled at few kilometres from Impruneta, the area is famous for its Terracotta and for monuments such as the Santuario of Santa Maria.
The area is also reach of wineyards.
The apartment ( about 85sqm) with access from a spacious internal court, is finely fornitured.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave oven. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a bathrooms with shower, the apartment is very luminous and bright thanks to the wide windows.
From the living room with a double sofa bed, there is access to a spacious private garden with barbecue.
The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, wi fi connection, sat tv and dvd player.
Distances: the apartment is settled at few meters from the highway A1 ( exit Firenze- Certosa); at 150 meters there is the bus stop ( line 37) that reach the city cnetre of Florence, and also the bus stop for Siena and Grosseto.
Florence airport is at about 20 minutes by car.
