Gioberti Attic is located 10/15 minutes by walk from the Central Piazza del Duomo (Duomo Square) of Florence.

This small apartment has been recently restructured and it is very typical,

can eat or relax under the Tuscan Sun...

This small but really really nice attic is located at the 4th floor of a building (with no no lift!).

This attic has a magical quality that kept us enthralled throughout our stay. The terrace especially, with its lovely view over Fiesole, the residential neighborhood, the cafes and restaurants, the park down the street on the Arno, the farmer's market down the street and Letizia, the owner, who is a real sweetheart. We highly recommend it, it's perfect for a couple. A very romantic setting.

This was our home for 2 months Summer 2007. A perfect apartment, with stunning views, lovely area, very quiet, had everything we needed and I will never forget sitting on the roof watching the sun set over the Duomo with a glass of wine.

Very cute apartment in a lovely area. Shops and markets are everywhere nearby. The bus stops to the centre and station are very close too. The apartment is well equipped and the terrace is great. Letizia is very obliging and great to deal with. If you'll do lots of shopping, you'll find the 4 flights of stairs a bit trying.

What a great apartment! Seriously, I have the highest recommendation for this loft. The apartment itself is immaculate and is equipped with everything you need. Very cozy and comfortable feel to the unit with two skylights and a double door leading to the private patio so the loft is very bright. And it's very quiet since you're on the top floor. The terrace is complete with table, chairs and flowers and is a great place to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and there is a GREAT supermarket (the co-op) just 2 blocks away. Via Gioberti is the perfect location also, very safe, lots of great shops and restaurants and only 10-15 minute walk to the historic center. It certainly was a great home away from home and I was very sorry to have to leave. But I'll be back here next year! Thank you Letizia!
