Detailed and romantic environment, in historical palace of the 14th century, the Mezzanine is furnished with fine and antique interiors, cotto floor and ceiling with vaults and stone capitals.

It is composed by a private entrance, an equipped kitchenette, a large living room with double bed sofa and single bed sofa, and a dining table.

The sleeping zone is composed of a double bedroom with queen size bed served by a bathroom with bathtub.

Check-in time: from 2 pm untill 8 pm      Check-out time: 10 am

Already included into the rate: welcome basket, linen change, tv and ADSLconnection, hosekeeping at the end of stay.

Carlotta welcomed us warmly on a rainy Florence day and made us feel instantly at home. The apartment is in a magic position, close to everything and surrounded by so much history. We enjoyed every minute and really appreciated the extra help given by Carlotta - nothing was any trouble. Carlotta's hospitality helped to make our stay in Florence exceed our expectations. We may not be able to return but will certainly spread the word.

A 10 plus rating!! Carlotta's apartment as well as her flexibility were amazing. I reserved her apartment for arrival on Christmas Day. Not only did Carlotta meet me with a BIG WARM HUG but with a bottle of vino too. Having been to Florence many many times the location is perfect as well as amenities. The only down side was saying goodbye!!! I will return sooner than later.

My friend and I were in that apartment for 4 nights in October and we loved it. It is central, well decorated, clean and spacious. It is very quiet and private. Our hostess, Carlotta, was simply wonderful in welcoming us and giving us information. She is an exceptionnal hostess. Grazie.

We just spent a week in Florence in Carlotta's wonderful apartment. It is one block from Plazza Signoria, around the corner from some excellent restaurants and shops, and an easy walk from everything! The apartment is very comfortable and large with careful attention paid to the travelers' needs. All of this and a thoughtful and caring host, too. One couldn't ask fro a nicer stay in this magical city. We will return soon and plan our trip so that we can stay in this apartment.

Perfect appt. for short weekend or weeks visit, Carlotta is a mine of information, very helpfull and honest. We went Nov18 for 3 nights, found it spotlessly clean, spacious, central location, very quiet, private entrance, realy toasty, better than any hotel in its price range, I would happily return,Very Very Highly Recomended, Happy Xmas P+J

To start you could not ask for a more helpful and friendly host, she was more than willing to help with anything we needed. The flat was very clean and beautiful!! The location was central and close to everything and very safe, it was like home. I would recommend this place to anyone!! 10++++

Fantastic location, central to everything. The building is very secure and comfortable. There are several shops only 2 mins walk away. Carlotta was the most incredible host and extremely helpful and always available. In all this is a perfect apt in a perfect city. Thank you for everything Andrew & Anastasiya.
