The flat offers 2-4 sleeping accommodation in 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed with a bathroom (with shower), kitchen and a stunning view on the traditional roofs of the surrunding area.
It is located at the 3rd floor with no elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated in April 2010 and has elegant forniture for a relaxing athmosphere.
Facilties: The apartment is provided with: WIFI internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, electrical oven, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, TV, iron.
Car Park at Piazza della Calza parking (100 metres), free car park at about 800 metres.
LOCATION
The apartment is nearby the Porta Romana, Pitti Palace and Boboli Garden in the heart of Oltrarno, the district on the left Arno river where you can experience the old florentine atmosphere walking throught the ancient craftsmen workshops.
The railway station is at 25 minutes walking distance.
