This apartment (ground floor) has been recently restored and refurbished and it's located only 50 meters from Duomo Square ,in the heart of the historical center of Florence.

All the main monuments, the churches, the museums and the exhibitions of the city are all located in a range of 10/15 minutes by walk.

As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is a perfect mix of ancient and modern style.

The main characteristics of the apartment design are the modern style stair, the beautiful parquet floor, the stylish bathroom, the glassdoors, all perfectly integrated in the classic architecture of the apartment.

This apartment is perfect for a couple or for a family because, even if it can sleeps 4, the second bedroom in the loft has not enough privacy.

This flat is very Central located but Horrible equipped! The Shown fotos Must be years Old. The flat is dark and Even a Wine Glass can't be found in the kitchen corner. All in all, for half the Price it would have been okay.
