It is a very quiet neighborhood and gets sunlight throughout the day.

It has been recently renovated, and it is composed by: 3 bedrooms (fully furnished with double beds
and woredrobes in every room), and equipped with 2 full bath/wash rooms and a jacuzzi
in one of them, laundry room, and a spacious radiant kitchen with dishwasher and a double dofa bed.

We stayed at this property over the Christmas Holidays. It is very well located, close to shopping, train station, and all the major museums. The apartment is charming--nicely furnished, lovely works of art, and well stocked. The apartment is on a busy street, but the bedrooms are located away from the street and you can get a very good night's sleep. We really enjoyed are stay here.

We stayed at this apartment over the Christmas Holiday. It is on a busy street--but all Florence streets are pretty busy. The bedrooms are away from the street and very quiet. The location is great and you can get to all of the museums and squares easily. It is also close to the train station, which is a plus if you want to plan some day trips. The apartment is very well stocked and the furnishings and art are very charming. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We stayed at this property in mid September for 5 days, 4 nights. The property is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the Florence Train Station. It's very convenient. It is right off of the main street so the livingroom is noisy if you leave the windows open. The apartment is located on the 3rd European floor, so 4 flights of stairs, but the climb wasn't bad. We loved the size of the apartment. They provide lots of clean towels, linens, and toilet paper. The property manager waited outside of the building on our agreed upon meeting time. One thing to note is that if you are arriving in Florence in a hot season, make sure you bring insect repellents. We were not expecting having no air conditioning, so ended up with lots of bug bites. The unit does have 2 functioning fans, so we ended up closing the window and just using the fans. Overall I would highly recommend the property for its location, good management, cleanliness, size, and price.

Mr. Angelo, We just got back yesterday from Italy. We had a wonderful time . I want to thank you for the wonderful apartment you gave us. It is a very nice apartment , done up really well . It was charming. You had stocked up the place so well too. Thank you. It was so well located........close to the railway station & right on the main shopping street. My girls were thrilled. We could walk to most of the places for sightseeing too. We had a most wonderful stay in FIRENZE..........
