Rental Terms & Conditions
Booking is very easy. Once you have chosen the apartment that suits all your needs, you only have to fill in the application form, send it and wait for a confirmation within 24 business hours. If the accommodation will be not available, we will be pleased to suggest you n alternative, corresponding to your requests.
As soon as the availability of the required accommodation have been checked, you will receive a confirm by email, with the amount to pay as deposit.
Actually, the accepted methods of payment are:
- by credit card, connecting to a safe transaction system on line linked to our bank (CartaS�) ;
- by PayPal�: You can Pay by Visa or Mastercard.
The deposit must be received within 1 day from our confirmation date, after your request will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: A reservation is valid only with the payment of the deposit and the issue of voucher from our side.
When the deposit will be received, the booking voucher will be send to you: a document which shows all your reservation data, as:
- all the owner information you need to fix the check in time;
- information about the booked accommodation;
- number of guests and reservation dates;
- how to reach the accommodation;
- amount to pay directly to the owner as caution money, if requested;
- balance to pay on your arrival date.
The following information is required for completion of the voucher: Last Name, First Name, Home Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Mobile Phone Number, Nationality, Number of persons (adults/children).
It is very important to print and carry with you a copy of the voucher, in order to show it during the check in. If you will not receive it, please ask us to re-send you a copy.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIME
The standard check in time is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., but it can change according to the different apartments. The accommodation must be left within 10 a.m. of the leaving day, except for different agreements taken directly with the owners.
You will receive a 50% reimbursement of the paid deposit only if the cancellation will be communicated to us with a notice period of more than 90 days before the arrival day. Within 90 days from the arrival date we will keep the entire deposit.

Once the deposit payment is settled, you confirm the acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
