San Frediano is a luxury apartment with terrace, located in the Oltrarno area, few steps from Piazza del Carmine, Piazza Pitti, Santo Spirito and Ponte Vecchio, famous for the beautiful jewellery shops. This district is a traditional part of town, where young florentines still live, it is characterized by shops of all kind, for everydays’ needs, as well as artisans and typical trattorie.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical Florentine house. Just in front of the apartment there is also Piazza del Cestello with a parking , for those who would like to reach Florence by car. This elegant and luxury apartment with frescoed ceilings has been totally restored and has been furnished with taste and care, offering all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is composed by an entrance, a double bedroom with frescoed ceiling, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, a twin bedded room with shower bathroom, a big kitchen with a small balcony with washing machine, a wide and bright living room with frescoes, with TV and a fireplace (not working).
