The flat San Niccolò is situated in one of the most charming districts of Florence, on the left side of the river Arno, just 5 minutes walking from Ponte Vecchio and right below the Piazzale Michelangelo.
San Niccolò is one of the most authentic quarters of Florence, where many Florentines still have their homes and where you can still find small food shops, craftsmen shops and art galleries. In San Niccolò you can find history, art and tradition: historic palaces, small churches, the old medieval walls and towers, and beautiful glimpses of the town and the surrounding hills.This is the perfect starting point for visiting Florence, but also for your walks on the nearby hills, full of churches, gardens and antique streets with beautiful villas. Car parking is easy.

Nice furnitured apartment in a nice street and area and a kind welcome gift was waiting for us at check in. At night and in the early morning the street is a bit noisy if the windows are open and since theres no air conditioning they cant be closed so it is a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was ok and the free car parking possibility in a near street is a really good point.
