There are available 2 single bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms (with two single beds each). These rooms can be rent for short periods (less than 1 week) or for periods longer than 4 weeks!

- katerina (2010-07-18 19:03:24)Definitely, this is the best place to stay at when studying, working or just visiting Florence for few days. The flat is clean, lovely and cosy. There are two bathrooms, big kitchen with all amenities you might need, LCD television and free access to Wi-Fi. Letizia has given the rooms her own special touches that make you feel as if you are staying in the home. The place is quite and far from trafficked roads. On the other hand, you can easily reach the downtown by public transportation, or by foot (15-20 minutes). Bus stop is in front of the house. You also have lots of good spots around where to eat, to go shopping, to go for drinks, etc. Letizia is incredibly hospitable, gracious and friendly host and made my stay in Florence unforgettable. I highly recommend this wonderful flat. Don't hesitate and book a room. You will love staying at this place.

Bulgaria Iskra (2010-07-03 10:23:14) I've been for 1 month in the Letizia's apartment in June 2010 and it was really a good choice for accommodation. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a very safe and quiet region of the city. The stylish furniture in the lodge makes you feel like home. And the environment is really friendly and I found friends there. Letizia herself is trying to make your stay more easy and comfortable from the moment you arrive till the end of your stay with everything possible. The only disadvantage of the place is that is not exactly in the city center, but anyway near by there are many buses and also this is the reason the place to be so quiet (something important if you are not just a tourist and plan to stay for a longer period). Letizia è una persona carina e è paziente quando uno si vuole parlare in italiano e che non riesce ! Aiuta la gente durante i primi passi nella città e da dei buoni consigli. Di più, l'appartamento è luminoso, non si sente il rumore della città. Si puo raggiungere il centro in 15 minuti a piedi e c'è un pullman che si ferma vicino alla casa. Ci sono tutti negozi vicino al appartamento dunque se ha bisogno di qualcosa, non si deve andare lontano. Consiglio veramente questo posto a Firenze.

Florence, Italy Letizia, owner (2010-03-31 14:08:38) Enjoy the beauty of Florence living here, situated in a very lovely district with shops, markets and supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerie, restaurants, bookshops..etc...Not tourist area!It has been recently restructured, bright, full furnished and accessoried! About everything you need..2nd floor with lift.
