A small, clean, compact and very servicable apartment overlooking the wonderful Piazza della Signoria.
Location is central to all of the major Florentine sights, but may be a bit noisy at night in the high season - but you ARE getting a prime location, and if you want to experience the true excitement of Florence, that's what it's all about!
The apartment has all of the basics to service 2 people very comfortably. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing quick, basic meals, and the bathroom is more than adequate by Italian standards.
There are plenty of restaurants in the Piazza, and numerous others within a short walk.
The Ponte Veccio and Oltrano are less than 10 minutes from the front door, the Duomo about 5.
My wife and I stayed in the apartment for a week in April 2010, and would definitely stay here again.
