I spent almost 40 days in this appartment. It has everything one needs to live comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk to all places without need of taking a cab or a bus. Close to several supermarkets, good restaurants. The host is really nice and helpful so is the owner. It's a good deal. The price is really cheap for this flat!

I spent three weeks in this appartment, last summer. The appartment was beautiful, very clean and cosy. The housemates were nice and Leatitia is very sweet and willing to help with everything you need. It took some getting used to Leatitia coming in to check the room each day. On the other hand it was nice that she changed sheets and emptied the bin. If you are not to keen on privacy but do need a clean and tighty room. You should deffinitly book a room!

We stayed at this property over the Christmas Holidays. It is very well located, close to shopping, train station, and all the major museums. The apartment is charming--nicely furnished, lovely works of art, and well stocked. The apartment is on a busy street, but the bedrooms are located away from the street and you can get a very good night's sleep. We really enjoyed are stay here.

We stayed at this apartment over the Christmas Holiday. It is on a busy street--but all Florence streets are pretty busy. The bedrooms are away from the street and very quiet. The location is great and you can get to all of the museums and squares easily. It is also close to the train station, which is a plus if you want to plan some day trips. The apartment is very well stocked and the furnishings and art are very charming. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

A 10 plus rating!! Carlotta's apartment as well as her flexibility were amazing. I reserved her apartment for arrival on Christmas Day. Not only did Carlotta meet me with a BIG WARM HUG but with a bottle of vino too. Having been to Florence many many times the location is perfect as well as amenities. The only down side was saying goodbye!!! I will return sooner than later.

This flat is very Central located but Horrible equipped! The Shown fotos Must be years Old. The flat is dark and Even a Wine Glass can't be found in the kitchen corner. All in all, for half the Price it would have been okay.

We just spent a week in Florence in Carlotta's wonderful apartment. It is one block from Plazza Signoria, around the corner from some excellent restaurants and shops, and an easy walk from everything! The apartment is very comfortable and large with careful attention paid to the travelers' needs. All of this and a thoughtful and caring host, too. One couldn't ask fro a nicer stay in this magical city. We will return soon and plan our trip so that we can stay in this apartment.

Wonderful country home in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. It was a wonderful place to spend two glorious weeks in Tuscany. For a 22- person family reunion, the accomodations were just what we needed. The lovely hillside setting in the midst of vineyards was the perfect location both for relaxing while there and for taking day trips to Florence or other sites in Tuscany. A short walk to the top of the hill gives you a spectacular panoramic view of the rolling hills, the vineyards, and the rustic stone architecture characteristic of the region. We spent some days relaxing by the pool and others on sight-seeing jaunts to places like Siena, Lucca, Panzano, and of course, Florence. Great location, wonderful hosts, a beautiful setting, and comfortable apartments make the villa a real find for visitors to Tuscany.

The apartment was a lovely spot and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, as well as being spacious and well equipped. They provided a selection of groceries and drinks for a reasonable price, which was very handy because we arrived on a Sunday evening. The garden, and the surrounding vineyards and the pool were beautiful, and our apartment had its own private patio. We had planned to go spend the day in Florence, but were so happy with the Podere Vignola that we decided to relax by the pool in the sun and simply enjoy the Tuscan countryside. The manager, Giovanni, was friendly and helpful.

We found tihis apartment online, It was our first trip to Tuscany. If anything it was more beautiful than in the pictures. The apartment was everything you'd want. The beautiful covered stone terrace overlooking the valley became our second home. the pool was heavenly. Surrounded by lavender and rosemary with a view to die for. We loved staying so much we took a couple of days from our planned tour of Tuscany to just relax, swim and read. Giovanni was super helpful and very friendly. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We spent one week and we recommend this location if you want to combine visits to Florence (which is at 10 km) and restful/quite holidays at the swiming pool or reading in your private terrace. Around, the landscape is very beautiful among the vineyard and the olive trees. The welcome is charming and Maria and his family are very kind. We recommend this location and will return with a great pleasure !

The best Tuscany experience in Podere Vignola! We're so happy to have spent 6 days in the beautiful agriturismo Podere Vignola! It's really the best way to experience the Tuscan countryside and we loved every second of it! The scenery is amazing as well as Giovanni is and all his family! We really felt we were their friends visiting them for a while! Such a peaceful,quiet place to relax cause you only hear the birds singing! No cars passing as it's far from the road and the village of Sieci! Only 20mins from Florence by train that you can reach easily on foot from Podere Vignola and i suggest you do it at least once even if you have a car cause the morning walk in the countryside is so relaxing and it takes only 20mins to get to the train station of Sieci!!! All apartments have a lovely terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with your friends!!! You get all you need in the kitchen and if there's anything more you'd like to have Giovanni will be happy to get it for you! If it's warm enough don't miss the chance to swim in that beautiful swimming pool surrounded by vineyards!!! Amazing!!! The location is ideal for trips all over Tuscany as you're almost in the middle of it and very close to the Chianti hills!!! It's been really a lovely experience and i strongly recommend it!!! Thank you Govanni and we hope to visit you again soon!!!

The apartment was a great location for markets and restaurantsand easy walking distance from major sites in the city. The ground floor kept the apartment comfortable, even when it was warm out. The apartment was comfortalble, clean and had everything you'd need to live comfortably. I lived there for seven weeks and it was just what I was looking for.
