Are you looking for an elegant and comfortable apartment for your holiday in Florence? "The Sun" apartment (60 sqm) on the second floor with lift, is an ideal accommodation for you!
It is situated in the heart of historic centre of Florence in the "Oltrarno" district, close to Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi museum.
Quite and full of light, the apartment has been recently renovated and it is provided with all the comforts. A nice balcony with view on a private garden (the garden is not included in the property) complete the property.
ACCOMMODATION:
living/dining room with sofa bed (sofa bed sides 110x180), bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with shower has access from the bedroom), a balcony.

We (2 adults) were in Florence from 20nd till 26nd of december 2010 and we had a wonderful time. Not only because of the beautiful city, but great due to the appartment. The appartment was terrific. It is situated right at the bottum of the pont Vecchio and what a delight to be able to walk out of the door in the morning and find myself in ancient Florence in 2 minutes. Two easy turning stairs up is the appartment, very silent and with sight on an inner garden. There is a small noiseless elevator. The bedroom is on the streetside, but there was not much traffic these wintermornings. The bed is rather harsh, the bedroom is spacious with enormous wardrobes. The bathrooms were new and tidy. All was there to make it a quite comfortable stay.
Most amazing was the warm welcome we received at 01.30 hour a.m.!!! Our plane was detoured to Pisa and we were three hours late. You can image our relieve that we were still welcome at that hour and needed not to look for a hotel in a strange city in the middle of the night. We’re very greatful for that. All formalities were handeled fast and without any problems. Very enjoyable. We recommend this apparment highly.
