Description

Beautiful apartment of around 72 sq meters managed by our staff (Marco, Sara, Michele, Andrea). The flat is very comfortable and located in the great and lively area of Santa Croce / Sant'Ambrogio.

The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin, which can be made into a double), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully furnished kitchen (microwave oven, four hob gas stove, dishwasher, washing machin woth a sofa bede, fridge freezer, full crockery, cutlery and glassware sets and cooking utensils).

This quiet and bright apartment is on the first floor of a building located in the beautiful Santa Croce/Sant'Ambrogio area and is equipped with:  air conditioned, a colour Tv, wifi internet connection, double glazing, heating and parquet flooring in all living areas (terracotta tiles in the kitchen).

The apartment is very comfortable and it's perfect both for tourists or students.

The Sant'Ambrogio/Santa Croce area is one of the most lively of the city and in the nearby of the flat you can find a colourful flea market (Piazza dei Ciompi), an amazing food market (Piazza Ghiberti),  3 supermarkets (Billa, Incentro), the beautiful church of Sant'Ambrogio, a wonderful Synagogue and a small Mosque.

All around the district you can find great restaurants (we recommend Gastone, Cibreo, Cibreino, Carceri, Pentola dell'Oro and Vinaina that is located just in front of the apartment), the most popular bar of the city (Sant'Ambrogio Cafe' is a must, Caffe' Letterario in the old jail located in the same street is very cool too, Plaz and all the bars of Via dei Benci: Moyo, Oibo' Kikuya, Lochness).

THE NAME OF THE APARTMENT

The name of the apartment is inspired by one of the most popular bars in the city Caffè Letterario, just a little further along the street, in the recently renovated complex of the ex prison Le Murate, now transformed into a modern art and living space, a recommended spot to visit.

The bar and music venue Caffè Letterario delle Murate is a contemporary venue with a young crowd (free wifi, a range of newspapers, a library of interesting books, a lounge area, bar area, restaurant and live music hall) offering breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
Its a must when exploring the area (located at 150 meters from the apartment!)

Recommended also: The Cafeteria inside Oblate Library (located at 500 meters from the apartment)!

A must for your breakfast in the area: Caffe' Cibreo. Not to be missed!

The area is safe, lively, colourful.
